Ms. Alexander deals with the historic Belmont Mansion, a stunning antebellum manor, built by Adelicia Acklen in Nashville. Ms. Alexander explores the theme of making revenge and what it can do to a person as Sutton Monroe wants to find and kill the person who murdered his father. Ms. Alexander also explores the theme of real versus phony as Claire Laurent is really a fine artist but, due to her father, is wanted for painting counterfeiting.
